Mark is a property and contracts lawyer who has been advising energy generators and developer clients for over 10 years. He set up Energy Law Unlimited LLP in 2013 with the objective of creating a bespoke energy and infrastructure projects team working to bank fundable standards.
His advice is sought on the full life cycle of our client’s projects from project inception to disposal, re-finance or operation and maintenance of single or multiple sites and has successfully challenged Ofgem decisions in relation to ROCs, FITS and RHI eligibility and commissioning tests.
