Lorna is a projects and commercial contracts lawyer with over 15 years of experience delivering on a wide range of projects in the infrastructure and energy sectors including onshore wind, solar, anaerobic digestion, gas peaking, ground source heat pumps, hydro and battery storage projects.
Lorna’s involvement in these projects covers the full lifespan of the project, including advising on all aspects of the corporate and financing arrangements: JV arrangements, sales and acquisitions and finance and security documents; advising on EPC and O&M arrangements; advising on revenue agreements including demand side response agreements; and advising on bespoke commercial and project agreements.
