Deirdre has 18 years’ experience as a property lawyer within the renewable energy industry, negotiating land rights and property agreements relative to small, medium and large scale energy projects. Deirdre has acted for developers, landowners and funders on a wide range of energy projects.
Her experience includes onshore wind, solar, anaerobic digestion, gas peaking, ground source heat pumps and battery projects and property support on finance projects, sales and acquisitions.
